Whisps, the maker of delectable and nutritious snacks that were once the go-to-choice for keto enthusiasts, found itself facing a significant hurdle as the keto trend started to wane.
With the brand’s growth momentum coming to a halt, Whisps recognized the untapped potential of their products and set their sights on a dynamic re-positioning strategy, with strategic guidance and execution from Triarch Labs.

Whisps recognized Walmart eCommerce as the perfect channel where to kickstart the attainment of their vision and engaged Triarch Labs to make this a reality.
Triarch Labs first completed a comprehensive, datadriven eCommerce diagnostic, and recommended a roadmap to tackle the identified opportunities in the most efficient and effective way. The execution included the strategic refresh of content to drive SEO and conversion, the optimization of media to maximize sales impact, and the implementation of a data-driven performance management process to enable sustainable results.
RESULTS
Within a month of implementing the designed strategy, Whisps’ performance at Walmart soared, not only increasing its own sales (+29%), but total category sales as well (+6%).
